Linda Lyng, CYT, is a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and frequent contributor to Yoga Living magazine. (Read past articles here!) She has led workshops on the Chakras, Inner Smile Meditation and the Maha Mrtyunjaya Mantra.
Fee
Because of the changing times, I will be changing the fee to a Donation format. Suggested donation is $10 per class, but give what you can from the heart and that will be fine! I do ask that you provide your own yoga mat and a light blanket for relaxation.
How to Register
Please call (610) 517-0897 or write to llyng@lunayogapa.com to pre-register or register in person by arriving 15 minutes early to the first class. Class size is limited to 15, so please register early! Drop-ins are welcome, but please call first to make sure a spot is open!
Class Structure
Each class includes Classical Hatha Yoga postures, pranayama, relaxation, chanting, meditation and usually a little kirtan!
New Class series commences September 14th!!
Class emphasis the Yoga of Sound! Using breath, mantra and song, we will explore
the role sound plays in expanding our awareness of our bodies and universe as well
as facilitating deep relaxation.
About Us
We are a small yoga community in Kimberton, PA. We offer Classical Hatha Yoga Classes on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM at the Kimberton Arts Building at 2208 Kimberton Road.
